Wow, what a tough week. This has never been a place to espouse political views and I’m not going to start now. But you don’t have to have a political bone in your body to know that our North Texas area took a punch to the gut last week. I, like all of you I’m sure, struggled to think what I could do to help. So I did the things along with my family that I thought would bring comfort to the families of the fallen police officers and I talked among my friends and family about how to heal our country in this time of stress. And then it occurred to me, and I don’t want to over play this, but I do a little bit of it every Wednesday night right here at the World of Beer in Fort Worth, Texas. I’m not saying that Trivia is going to solve the world’s problems (even if I do end then show with that catch phrase every night). But I personally enjoy the escape that my hosting duties provides me once a week. I look forward to seeing you guys and talking and laughing and booing the tough questions. It’s just plain fun and I’m not sure what I would do without it. So I will end my sermon with saying thank you, and I hope you too enjoy our little Wednesday evening escape together.

The phrase that pays this week is “all you need is love”

And no matter how long and how hard it is, I’ll be right here solving the World’s problems one beer at a time.
