Rounds 1 & 2:
Right out of the gate, No Folk And Chance came in hot, dropping a strong 7 in Round 1 to claim the early lead. Dangit Booby, Hot Tequila, JAWN, Boot Scootin BBQ, and Cowtowners all kept things competitive with solid 5-point starts, while Jerk Store lurked just behind. Round 2 flipped the script—Dangit Booby, Jerk Store, and Hot Tequila all surged with 7-point rounds, tightening the pack and creating a multi-team race at the top. Meanwhile, No Folk And Chance stumbled slightly, opening the door for challengers. Even teams like All Shaft no tip and Arch and Me stayed within striking distance, proving no one was out of it yet.
Rounds 3 & 4:
The middle rounds brought chaos and major movement on the leaderboard. Jerk Store exploded with an 8 in Round 3, briefly grabbing momentum and threatening to take control. No Folk And Chance answered right back with a strong Round 4 performance, reclaiming their position near the top. Hot Tequila and JAWN stayed consistent, stacking solid rounds and keeping themselves firmly in contention. Dangit Booby had a slight dip in Round 4 but stayed close enough to remain dangerous. Lower in the standings, Boot Scootin BBQ and All Shaft no tip battled to climb, while Arch and Me, Cowtowners, and Beaver Boys kept grinding for every point.
Rounds 5 & 6 (Final Stretch):
With everything on the line, the final two rounds delivered the drama. Dangit Booby made a strong push with a 6 in Round 5, inching closer to the top, while No Folk And Chance and Jerk Store held steady to keep the pressure on. Going into the final round, it was anyone’s game among the top four. Then came Round 6—the difference maker. No Folk And Chance slammed the door with a huge 7-point finish, locking in the top spot. Dangit Booby stayed right on their heels, but just couldn’t close the final gap. Jerk Store and Hot Tequila fought hard to the end, finishing just behind in a razor-thin race.
Bonus points sprinkled throughout the night added just enough chaos to keep everyone guessing, and while no tiebreaker was needed this week, the tension at the top felt like it could’ve gone there at any moment.
