Game 1:
This is going to be short and sweet as I am a week late getting all the details to you – dang real job!
HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE! The ghouls, ghosts and goblins came out tonight and we had an amazing costume party, cold beer, BBQ and of course Trivia! As the tables were filled and the beer was poured, I was ready to start teasing the players brains. Yes, we had volume to the game on as well so our players could watch the Texas Rangers take game 4 in the World Series.
Full-on Dooku channeled their inner Sith and had a 1-point lead over Her Vajesty’s secret cervix, but would they hang on and take the W? We had many teams all knotted up in the top 3. Blood Suckers, Couch Potatoes, My Drinking Team has a Trivia Problem, Hot Tequila and Jerk Store were all in the mix with a round to go. All our questions this ghastly evening was Halloween related (including the bonus questions).
With 6 points apiece, Full-on Dooku and Her Vajesty’s secret cervix stayed at the top for game 1. Blood Suckers were engrossed with biting necks as they came in 3rd place, just 1 point away from causing a tie for 2nd. Rounding out the top 5 we had: Couch Potatoes, My Drinking team has a trivia problem, Hot Tequila, and Jerk Store.

Game 2:
Houston, we had a problem. 2 rounds in, the teams fighting hard for the win and BAM! Down goes the laptop. However, thanks to a great cell phone, the game would go on and we would find out who the winners are!
My Drinking Team has a Trivia problem took a commanding lead after getting 9 points in the 2nd round. Couch Potatoes and Papsamir were in the mix, along with Don’t Listen to me they’re in first. With a round to go, we could still see a shuffle at the top! Pulling my best impersonation of Archimedes, I tallied the scores manually to see who would win. It was crazy but what else can you expect on a Halloween night! At the end, our top 2 teams kept their place. Rounding out the top 5 we had: Papsamir, Don’t Listen to me they’re in first and Jerk Store.
