Trivia Night at Cowtown Brewing Co. with The Angry Irishman as the host is an event that brings excitement, camaraderie, and a spirited competition to the local community. The night kicked off with a full house, as teams eagerly gathered to test their knowledge. Teams such as Hopp Tuey, No Folk and Chance, Hot Tequila, Jerk Store, and We Thought This Was Speed Dating were all poised for a strong start. The energy in the room was palpable as everyone settled in, ready for the first round of questions.
The competition was fierce from the get-go, with all teams showing off their trivia prowess. The Girls Room faced a challenging second round but remained optimistic about making a comeback in the third round. Meanwhile, C4 and the Ru Dogs and A Drinking Team with a Trivia Problem were also in the mix, looking to disrupt the leaderboard and secure a top spot.
As the game progressed into the third round, the scores were incredibly close. Hot Tequila, with an impressive performance, scored 9 points in the final round, setting their sights on victory. However, No Folk and Chance managed to hold onto their lead with 8 points, clinching the win. The final standings saw Jerk Store, Hop Tuey, and We Thought This Was Speed Dating rounding out the top five.

The second game of the night started with a bang and maintained a high level of excitement throughout. No Folk and Chance quickly established themselves as the team to beat, racking up 16 points after two rounds. Their strong start had them eyeing a repeat victory. However, Hot Tequila, We Thought This Was Speed Dating, and Jerk Store were hot on their heels, each team determined to take the top spot.
Peasant Workers also emerged as a strong contender with 6 points, making the race for first place even more intense. As the third round unfolded, No Folk and Chance hit a cold streak, raising doubts about their ability to maintain their lead. The final scores revealed a stunning three-way tie for first place between Hot Tequila, No Folk and Chance, and We Thought This Was Speed Dating.
In a thrilling tiebreaker, one representative from each of the three teams approached The Angry Irishman's table for a sudden-death question. They had just 10 seconds to come up with the closest answer, and the pressure was on. As the answers were reviewed, the tension in the room was palpable.
Finally, the results were in: No Folk and Chance had the closest guess, securing first place once again. Hot Tequila came in a close second, leaving We Thought This Was Speed Dating just short of victory. The conclusion of the second game was met with cheers and applause, capping off an unforgettable night.
