Game 1:
We had the Texas Rangers game on, with the volume, so we could enjoy the game and Trivia! The Texas Rangers did not disappoint and neither did Trivia!
We welcomed back Jersey from their summer vacation in the NE. They came to play, and it showed! With a quick 9 points after 2 rounds, they were the team to beat! However, The Losers and The Bung Holes and Froggy Style were hot on their tail just a point or two from taking over the lead.
Round 3 to go and Pitch Perfect bonus questions in the mix, would there be a shuffle of teams in the end? Of course, there would be! The Losers got their a cappella on and channeled their inner Pitch Perfect and took 8 points in round 3! Along with their 4 bonus points they sang their way to a 1-point win over Jersey! The Bung Holes and No Folk and Chance were the winners of the Pitch Perfect bonus questions, getting all 6 correct. However, with a tough round 2, their performances were flat, and they tied for 3rd.

Game 2:
No Folk and Chance had a chance to take the win in game 2 as they sat in the lead with 2 points over The Bung Holes. A drinking team with a Trivia problem were back in the house and even though round 1 was a tough go for them, they were fighting their way back into the mix with a good round 2 and getting 6 bonus points for the game.
Unfortunately, The Bung Holes had a stellar round 3 taking 10 points and kept A Drinking team with a Trivia Problem out of the money and left them sitting in 3rd place. While their 10 points as out of this world, their 4 bonus points would keep them out of 1st place as No Folk and Chance got all 6 bonus points. They also had a great round 3 getting 7 points which allowed them to edge out The Bung Holes and take the win by 1 point!

A huge shout out to Christiana, Hannah, Samir, CJ, and Max for taking care of the Teams tonight. You all keep the beers full; the food is delivered hot, and you make my life easier as I host Trivia.
