…but we sure know that Tina Louise, who played Ginger the Movie Star on Gilligan’s Island!
We had our regulars of: Hot Tequila, Mouseaholics, and No Folk in Chance competing against some new teams, such as: No, Jackpot, Tax Evaders, Feisty Mongoose and Texas / Louisiana connection.
Game 1:
After missing a week, we saw Hot Tequila turn up the heat in round 1 with 6 points. After missing a week, they came out strong and found themselves tied for first with No Folk and Chance and Mouseaholics. Newcomers No found themselves in a solid 4th place, just 1 point behind at 5. Jackpot and Tax Evaders were also in the mix tied for 5th and only 2 points out of first.
Fighting to maintain their winning streak, the Mouseaholics moved ahead of the pack in round to after grabbing 7 points while No Folk and Chance and Hot Tequila, while a good score, only grabbed 5 points. No was still in the mix as well grabbing 5 points. Jackpot and Tax Evaders hit a curb and were thrown over their handlebars with 1 point and 3 points. This was still a fight to the bitter end!
Round 3 would be a nail biter! DFIK who would come out on top in the end. Hot Tequila appeared to have found their mojo in round 3, or put out mice traps, and grabbed an amazing 7 points. The Mouseaholics did their best but hit the mice traps, slowing their roll and winning streak as they found themselves 1 point shy, at 19, just behind Hot Tequila. No folk and chance, while grabbing 4 points, could not overcome their deficit and took 3rd. Rounding out the top 5 we had some new teams: Tax Evaders, Bam Bam and No. Great job all!

Game 2:
No Folk and Chance were on the prowl to and took charge with an amazing 17 points between rounds 1 & 2. It was a great start but would the momentum stall? The Mouseaholics, bitter from having to start their winning streak over, proved why they are one of the best teams as they were just 1 point behind at 16. Feisty Mongooses, Hot Tequila, I Like Turtles and The Texas / Louisiana Connection had a great round 1 with 7 points. However, they hit an ice patch and spun into the ditch in round 2. The bonus questions in this game were more of a hinderance than help for most teams as the average points off bonus questions was 3 out of 6.
Into our final round we went, and it was a nail biter once again! Down by 1, Mouseaholics, were looking to find a hole and shoot for the finish line to take first, and they did amazingly with 10 points in round 3! Feisty Mongooses made a push to try and take second, as did Hot Tequila, but it came to round 2 and bonus questions for them as they finished 3rd and 4th. Does No folk and chance have a chance after the Mouseaholics got an amazing 10 points? Hell, yes they did! They also scored 10 points in round 3 to take the win by a single point! What a great finish to a great night of trivia!
