...which teams would get stuck in the mud and which would run the Gauntlet to victory?

Game 1:

This was a great game 1!  Going into the final round we had a tie for 1^st and 3^rd place.  We had the Mouseaholics, Hot Tequila, No Folk and Chance, and Tequila is better cold in the brewery tonight.  We had some newcomers as well with the 4 Musketbeers, The Bobs, What’s Going on and Jersey.

Round 1 was a great round for most of the teams and it was a tight game.  I mean, what team was going to miss the color of the Jacket for winners of the Masters tournament.  None, but then again how many missed the name of the city in the baseball poem Casey at the Bat?  All but 3 would miss that question in our warmup round.  Round 2 was much of the same and I knew this would be a close game and it was.  Going into the final round we had a tie for 1^st and 3^rd and the other teams in 4^th through 6^th were still in the running.  However, it was the Mouseaholics and No Folk and Chance who took 6 points in round 3 to take 1^st and 2^nd place.  Tequila is Better Cold and the 4 Musketbeers were not far behind tying for 3^rd place.  It was a great start to the night!

Game 2:

What a difference it makes in your confidence when you place in the 1^st game.  No Folk and Chance started game 2 with a vengeance taking 8 points for in round 1.  Tequila is better cold held their own taking 5 points.  But what a turn of events for the other teams with most only taking 3 points in round 1.  It was a rough start for a lot of teams.  Round 2 was a game changer as the winners of round 1 took a fall!  No Folk and Chance went from great to worst in round 2 with only 2 total points.  Hot Tequila was still trying to get hot as they only had 5 points between rounds 1 and 2.  The 4 Musketbeers and The Bobs were in the running too going into the final round, only 2 points out of 1^st place.  The Mouseaholics got stuck in a mousetrap this game with a total of 5 points between rounds 1 and 2.  This was going to be an interesting ending, as usual.  Round 3 we saw an amazing comeback. It was the right time for Hot Tequila to get hot racking up an amazing 10 points in round 3.  No Folk and Chance was able to recover just enough to edge out Tequila is better cold and the 4 Musketbeers, taking second place in game 2 as well.  Congrats to Hot Tequila on an amazing comeback and WIN in game 2!
