The stage was set for an electrifying Trivia Night at Cowtown Brewing Co., where a packed house of eager participants brought their A-game to two thrilling rounds of trivia action. From fierce rivalries to strategic gameplay, the evening was brimming with excitement and surprises.
Game 1: No Folk and Chance Seize Victory
With teams ready to compete, Game 1 started with a buzz of anticipation. After two intense rounds, No Folk and Chance emerged as the frontrunner, holding a 3-point lead over Taking the Blunt of It. Meanwhile, Hannah's Fan Club and Hot Tequila were in striking distance, hoping for a strong showing in Round 3 to challenge for a spot on the leaderboard. The Girls Room and A Drinking Team with a Trivia Problem were also in the mix, but they needed the top teams to stumble to have a shot at glory.
The final round was nothing short of dramatic. Hannah's Fan Club made a bold play, scoring an impressive 10 points and momentarily eyeing the top spot. However, No Folk and Chance managed to hold their ground with a solid 8-point performance, clinching the victory and solidifying their dominance. Taking the Blunt of It and Hot Tequila rounded out the top four, showcasing consistent performances throughout.

Game 2: A Tense Battle for the Crown
The stakes were even higher in Game 2, and teams came out swinging. A Drinking Team with a Trivia Problem was determined to finish in the top two and set the tone early, accumulating 10 points over the first two rounds. They held a narrow 1-point lead over their closest competitors, No Folk and Chance and Taking the Blunt of It, setting the stage for a nail-biting finale.
Round 3 proved to be the ultimate test of strategy and knowledge. Hot Tequila felt the heat as they managed only 5 points, while No Folk and Chance and Taking the Blunt of It each secured 6 points, keeping the competition razor thin. In the end, bonus points made all the difference. No Folk and Chance demonstrated their prowess once again, scoring an additional 7 bonus points to complement their Round 3 performance, sealing a consecutive victory for the night.
Hot Tequila, buoyed by a remarkable 9-point effort, surged ahead to claim second place, narrowly edging out Taking the Blunt of It, who landed in third by a single point. Unfortunately, A Drinking Team with a Trivia Problem saw their hopes slip away in the final stretch, as a modest 4-point showing in Round 3 relegated them to fourth place.

Cowtown Brewing Co.’s Trivia Night was a resounding success, blending camaraderie, spirited competition, and plenty of memorable moments.
