Trivia Night at Cowtown Brewing Co. never disappoints, and this week’s event was no exception! With competitive teams, thrilling tiebreakers, and nail-biting finishes, it was a night to remember. The Angry Irishman hosted another electrifying evening, bringing the best of brainpower, beer, and banter to trivia lovers in Fort Worth.
The first game of the night kicked off with some seasoned contenders and a few fresh faces eager to prove their trivia prowess. Trauma Bondage and Set the Bar quickly emerged as frontrunners, but they weren’t alone in their quest for victory. Hot Tequila and No Folk and Chance were right on their heels, making it clear that the competition would be intense.
After two rounds, Trauma Bondage held a narrow three-point lead, but Set the Bar, No Folk and Chance, and Hot Tequila were all within striking distance. With the third round looming, it was still anyone’s game, as a strong finish could shift the standings dramatically.
Round 3 proved to be a game-changer. Hot Tequila, who had been a strong contender earlier, had a rough round and dropped to fourth place. No Folk and Chance managed to stay competitive, but they fell just short of the tie for first place due to one less bonus point. That left Trauma Bondage and Set the Bar locked in a dead heat at the top of the leaderboard, setting up a thrilling tiebreaker.
As always, the final question would determine the winner: one question, ten seconds to answer, and the closest guess would take the crown. When the dust settled, Trauma Bondage emerged victorious, securing the win and leaving Set the Bar in second place. It was a thrilling finish that set the tone for an even more unpredictable second game.

With the energy still buzzing from the first game, several new teams joined in for the second round of trivia, adding even more excitement to the night. Trauma Bondage once again came out swinging, eager to pull off a back-to-back win. However, Set the Bar, Hot Tequila, No Folk and Chance, and the newly arrived Last Place Legends were all gunning for the top spot, making for a heated contest.
As the rounds progressed, bonus points became a crucial factor in determining the final standings. No Folk and Chance, who had performed well in Game 1, found themselves slipping down the leaderboard, ultimately finishing in fourth place. Hot Tequila also struggled and ended up in fifth place, dashing their hopes of redemption.
But the real drama came at the top of the scoreboard. By the end of the final round, the competition was so fierce that three teams—Trauma Bondage, Last Place Legends, and Set the Bar—were tied for first place! This meant another tiebreaker, but with an added twist: only the top two closest guesses would advance to claim first and second place, while the worst guess would drop to third and miss out on a prize.
With everything on the line, the teams submitted their answers, and the results were revealed. Set the Bar nailed the tiebreaker and secured the win in Game 2, while Last Place Legends took second place. Unfortunately for Trauma Bondage, their answer wasn’t quite close enough, relegating them to third place and crushing their hopes for a second victory of the night.
