Tonight, we went with a 1^st round bonus theme of those mythical creatures known as Cryptids!  Wendigo and Yeti would come into play.  But what about the other mysterious creatures?

Game 1:

We welcomed back No Folk and Chance, Tequila is better cold and Dimestore Drinkers.  They would face off against the powerhouse, Hot Tequila and new teams: Simpletons, I was in the house, kinda sober, Molly and the Alchoholics, and The Yanks and the Redcoat.

2 Rounds in and we had some good scores, nice and close as always.  Simpletons were sitting in 1^st with 11 points, but they were only 1 point ahead of Dimestore Drinkers, sitting at 10.  No Folk and Chance and The Yanks and the Redcoat were in the mix at 9 points.  Hot Tequila was also in the hunt at 8 points. 

With 1 round to go, this was too close to call.  Could the Simpletons keep up their hot streak, would Hot Tequila heat up and make the leap to 1^st?  Dimestore Drinkers were wanting to take a W as well, but could they?

Kinda Sober took the round with an amazing 8 points but sadly it was to little to late as they took 6^th place.  Hot Tequila, No Folk and Chance and The Yanks and the Redcoat had a rough go in round 3 but all tied for 3^rd place.  Dimestore Drinkers wanted to make a statement on their return night now that the baseball season is over.  With an amazing 8 points, they were able to overtake the Simpletons and take 1^st place.  With 4 points, the Simpletons took 2^nd place.

Game 2: Bonus questions – Cereal mascots - Captain Crunch, Buzz Bee, etc...

Another great start to the game.  The Yanks and the Redcoat took off in a flash with an amazing 8 points in round 1.  Could they maintain this level?  Could the Dimestore Drinkers find a way to 1^st place or 2^nd place?  Could Hot Tequila get hot in game 2 and take one of the top 2 spots?  No folk and chance wanted a shot too but with only 4 points in the 1^st 2 rounds it was going to be tough sledding.

2 rounds in and we had a race.  Falling in round 2, The Yanks and the Redcoat left the door open for Dimestore Drinkers who took advantage of it and got within 2 points of 1^st place.  We had 3 teams all sitting within striking distance and had 1 more round and 2 bonus questions to go. 

Hot Tequila made a run for it with 5 points in the 3^rd round but tonight was not their night.  They fell to a tie for 3^rd place with the Simpletons.  Dimestore Drinkers could not maintain their winning ways as they only netted 3 points in the final round, leaving them in a firm 2^nd place.  The Yanks and the Redcoat had an amazing game and another amazing round with 7 points in round 3.
