Game 1:
Welcome to Cowtown and some amazing Trivia Teams! We had a packed house, and some teams even brought their 4-legged babies and enjoyed the patio. We welcomed back Pocket as they are back in town for school. You were missed!
We had a great showing of regulars and newcomers alike. It was a crazy night as we had I have to Poop sitting in first with a meager 1-point lead over Hot Tequila and a 2-point lead over Burning Mud and Shit Show. Would they crap their pants or could they hold on to win? Would it truly turn into a Shit Show or would we all enjoy a shot of Hot Tequila? One more round to go and we would know if this game would go to sh!t.
Pocket was getting back into the hang of Trivia as they just returned for another semester of Law School. While they were a little tattered, they made a great showing and ended in 7th place, just 5 points out of 1st. Most Moisties and Burning Mud got stuck in the trenches and could not find their way out, missing 1st place by 3 points. Grodie is the Max must have been really grossed out as they could not find the 1 point, they needed to join the 3-way tie for 1st place. Sitting at the top of this sh!t show was I have to poop, Hot Tequila and Shit Show all bound up at 22 points.
1 question, and the closest two teams would take 1st and 2nd place leaving one team out of the prizes. Just 19 off the mark we had our winners, and yes it was a Shit Show who took 1st. This was ironically followed by I have to poop taking #2, leaving Hot Tequila out in the cold.

Game 2:
Shit Show and Hot Tequila were duking it out in round 1 as they both took a quick 3-point lead over the next closest teams, taking 8 points each. This would be another close call as we went into round 2. Hot Tequila got left in the cold, even though it was still a good 90+ degrees in Texas and let Shit Show take a 3-point lead over them after round 2. Burning Mud, Most Moisties and I have to poop were struggling a bit after 2 rounds as they were 3 or 4 points out of 2nd place, and they would need a good round 3 to catch back up.
With 7 points in round 3, Hot Tequila was back on their game but fell just short again as they took 2nd place at 26 points. Shit Show had a repeat victory as they slid into the winner’s circle again by beating Hot Tequila by 1 single point!
Most Moitsies, I have to Poop and Burning Mud fought hard but just could not climb out of the toilet they fell into in rounds 1 and 2, leaving them just outside the winner’s circle looking up.
