Thursday night at Keyworth Brewing Co. was another unforgettable showdown as PubGuys Trivia packed the brewery with fierce competitors, loud cheers, cold beer, and nonstop laughs. The crowd was absolutely electric all night long as teams battled through two games featuring three rounds each and random bonus questions that kept the standings shifting from round to round. The competition was intense, the comeback stories were incredible, and once again Keyworth proved why Thursday night trivia has become the place to be!
Game 1 exploded right out of the gate with several teams posting huge opening rounds. Nic Sucks, Did You Know? We Don’t Know, Blue Tailed Hawks, and Mom’s Here for the Beer all opened with 7 points, creating an early four-way tie at the top. Killer Rabbits started slower with 4 points, but everyone in the brewery knew they were still dangerous.
After Round 2, Nic Sucks looked firmly in control. An impressive 8-point second round gave them 15 total points and the outright lead heading into the final stretch. Densa also made a massive move with a 7-point round, climbing right back into contention. Killer Rabbits quietly stayed within striking distance after posting 6 in Round 2, bringing them to 10 plus bonus points. The stage was set for a dramatic finish.
Then Killer Rabbits turned on the jets.
A huge 9-point Round 3 combined with their bonus points vaulted them all the way to the top with 21 total points, stealing the win after trailing through the first two rounds. Nic Sucks cooled off in the final round with just 3 points, finishing second at 19. Did You Know? We Don’t Know stayed steady all night and secured third place with 17.

A textbook comeback performance from Killer Rabbits, who timed their final-round surge perfectly.
Game 2 brought even more drama and one of the tightest finishes we’ve seen in weeks.
Did You Know? We Don’t Know and Something Random came out blazing in Round 1 with matching 7-point performances to share the early lead. Scott’s Tot’s stayed close behind with 5, while Nic Sucks and C&C positioned themselves for a push later in the game.
Round 2 tightened everything even further. Scott’s Tot’s posted a strong 6-point round and climbed into serious contention with 11 total points plus bonus points. Meanwhile, Did You Know? We Don’t Know and Something Random both added 4 points, remaining deadlocked at the top heading into Round 3. The brewery buzzed with anticipation because everyone knew this one was heading toward chaos.
And chaos delivered.
Did You Know? We Don’t Know finished strong with 6 points in the final round, while Something Random added 5 plus a huge collection of bonus points. When the scores were totaled, both teams sat tied at 19 points.
That meant one thing: tie-breaker time.
One player from each team stepped forward. Ten seconds on the clock. Pens moving fast as the packed brewery fell silent waiting for the final reveal. After the answers were handed in, Did You Know? We Don’t Know narrowly claimed the tie-break victory.
