Thursday night at Keyworth Brewing Co. was absolutely wild as a packed house rolled in for 2 Crazy games of PubGuys Trivia! The crowd was loud, the competition was fierce, and the energy in the room never slowed down for a second. From the first question to the final bonus point, every table was battling for bragging rights.

Game 1 got off to a fast start with Killer Rabbits and Clover both coming out swinging in Round 1 with 7 points apiece. TNT stayed right on their heels with 6, while Blue Tailed Hawks and Naked Bacon kept themselves within striking distance.

After Round 2, the race tightened up even more. Killer Rabbits held onto the lead with 12 points, but TNT was lurking just behind at 10. Clover sat in third with 11, while DF What quietly worked their way into contention with 7. At that point it looked like anyone could still make a run at the top.

Round 3 turned into a showdown. Killer Rabbits slammed down another huge round with 8 points to finish at 21 and lock up first place. TNT matched them with 8 of their own, but came up just short at 19. Clover stayed steady throughout the game and secured third with 17. DF What made a late push and finished with 16, just outside the podium.

1st Place – Killer Rabbits – 21
2nd Place – TNT – 19
3rd Place – Clover – 17

After a short break and a fresh round of drinks, Game 2 kicked off and immediately flipped everything upside down.

Clover and Tickle Me jumped out quickly in Round 1 with 5 points each, while Beer Pressure and Naked Bacon stayed close with 4. Killer Rabbits, after winning the first game, stumbled out of the gate and found themselves chasing the field.

The biggest lead change of the night came after Round 2. Beer Pressure exploded with 6 points in the second round and suddenly moved into first place with 10 total. Clover sat right behind them at 9, while Tickle Me and Naked Bacon stayed alive with 9 and 8. Killer Rabbits clawed their way back into the mix with 4 points in the second round, but still had work to do.

The final round proved to be brutal. Beer Pressure did just enough to hang on, adding one more point and a bonus to finish at 12. Clover stayed close until the very end but finished one point back at 11. Tickle Me and Naked Bacon both battled hard and ended tied for third at 10.

There was no tie breaker needed for the top two spots this week, but everyone in the room knew how close we were to sending one player from each team to my table for a 10-second sudden death question.
