We just wrapped another great week of FREE trivia at Chuggin' Monk with PubGuys Trivia! This time we had almost the same amount of players as last week, and it was still some of the BEST trivia in town! If you couldn't make it, you definitely missed out, but you can always count on this write up to keep you on top of what's going on. The only issue is: here you can only READ what happened, when you come out to Chuggin' Monk you can EXPERIENCE it live! Here's what you missed:
Game Summary
Coming out this week we had Black & Tan, Mike Hawke (w/ an E), Hoe Throat, and the bar staff also joined in playing as Brairie Dawg! Of all the teams, Hoe Throat came out in full force since they were celebrating a teammate's birthday today! Happy birthday Brandon! Our other regulars, Black & Tan and Mike Hawke (w/ an E), were all playing with fewer players than normally, which would normally be a disadvantage. Somehow, this week, Mike Hawke (w/ an E) managed to win the game with only TWO players! Although most of the game was a cat-and-mouse game between them, and Hoe Throat, for 1st place, by the end of Round 5 it was getting clearer who was going to take the win.
Unfortunately for the birthday boy his team ended up taking 2nd place, falling to Mike Hawke (w/ an E). Our home team consisting of the bar staff, Brairie Dawgs, took 3rd place, and Black & Tan landed in 4th. Here's one that everyone missed:
