We're here again at Chuggin Monk with PubGuys Trivia! When I first arrived I was a little worried, there didn't seem to be enough players. I held on, and soon enough a man was asking what was going on in Arlington. Naturally I told him about PubGuys Trivia, and recommended a few local bars as well. Well sure enough he, and another two groups from out of town for the Jake Paul vs. Tyson fight, stuck around the whole game of trivia, allowing us to play all night! Cheers to them, and here's what happened:
Game Summary
One of out out-of-town-teams, You Don't Wanna Know, held an early lead in the first few rounds, until they were challenged by regulars Jack & Rose, who knocked them out of their 1st place lead. Piney Teenus came in with a win for Round 5, but ultimately did not make it into the top three winners of the night. That ended up going to Keith Sucks (1st place), another team there for the Jake P. fight, and Jack & Rose (2nd place) after a nail-biting tiebreaker round. Here's a question that stumped everyone:
A lot of teams had great guesses, like bock, or doppel, but they were wrong. The answer was:
Helles (most common)
Dunkel (dark beer)
Radler (half helles, half lemon soda)
Non-alcoholic (most lame)
Even though I probably won't watch the fight, thank goodness it brought some folks from up North to Chuggin Monk with PubGuys Trivia.
