Can you believe we, AGAIN, had nearly 20 people playing trivia this week? I couldn't believe it myself as I arrived at Chuggin' Monk with PubGuys Trivia! We had a great time, with or without you, BUT we'd always love to see your face! Yes, you! Come on out next week to get a chance to win a FREE gift card to Chuggin' Monk! Game Summary
This week we had a team cheekily name themselves Desmond's Favorites but, despite the name, they could not emerge victorious. Instead Dude Abides, Carrie/Johnny, and Mike Hawke (w/ an E) showed up in force and landed my (alleged) "favorites" in 4th place. Leftovers also made it out for their 4th week in a row but, unfortunately, could not overcome the wave of talent that was playing tonight. As always, it was a riveting game of trivia, with 1st and 2nd place flip-flopping and competing for that FREE gift card. In the end it was a repeat of last week, with Dude Abides taking 2nd place, and Mike Hawke (w/ an E) at full power, once again, taking 1st place. They each graciously took their winning gift cards, but there was still one question that nobody got correct:
