We're here again at Chuggin Monk with PubGuys Trivia for another fun night of FREE trivia! Game Summary

We had a slightly smaller crowd this week, but managed to get a game going with J&R, Albert Beerstein, and Mike Hunt showing up to throw down some beers and flex their brain muscles. Although Mike Hunt was a singular name, it was an actual team of people that actually ended up winning the game while falling between 1st and 3rd place several times. J&R put up a good fight, but Albert Beerstein put them in their place while taking 2nd place themselves. There were quite a few questions that stumped everyone, here's one of them:

• In 1935 the first US Patent for a tree was awarded for what tree?

I suppose, if you can prove that you grew this specific tree from a specific process that requires very specific methods, a patent would be warranted. But, to me, patenting something biological seems strange. That aside, the correct answer was:

It's time again to wrap up another week with PubGuys Trivia at Chuggin Monk! The weather is getting warmer and, with it, I expect more trivia fanatics to come out of the woodworks and chug some beer!
